Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using SkyMap Vacations services, booking any travel package, or accessing our website.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 April 2026.

Welcome to SkyMap Vacations. These Terms & Conditions govern all travel services, bookings, holiday packages, tours, and website usage provided by SkyMap Vacations.

By making a booking, payment, enquiry, or by using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, submitting an enquiry, making a payment, or confirming a booking with SkyMap Vacations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SkyMap Vacations.

If you make a booking on behalf of another person, family, group, or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all travelers included in the booking.

You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers are aware of and agree to these Terms prior to travel.

Section 02

Booking Confirmation & Payment

A booking with SkyMap Vacations is considered confirmed only after the required payment (deposit or full payment, as communicated by our team) has been successfully received and a written booking confirmation has been issued via email or WhatsApp.

Provisional Quotes & Availability

All quotations, itineraries, package prices, and travel proposals provided before payment are provisional in nature.

Availability of flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and package pricing may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

Booking Confirmation

Upon receipt of payment, SkyMap Vacations will provide written confirmation containing:

  • Travel itinerary details
  • Booking inclusions & exclusions
  • Payment status
  • Important travel information
  • Terms applicable to your booking

This confirmation serves as the official record of your travel arrangement.

Verification of Booking Details

It is your responsibility to carefully review:

Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.

Traveller Name Accuracy

All traveller names must exactly match the names shown on passports or government-issued ID documents.

Any charges imposed for corrections, amendments, or ticket reissuance will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Group Bookings

For group departures and group travel packages, a minimum deposit per traveller may be required to secure participation.

The remaining balance must be paid by the payment deadline specified in the booking confirmation.

Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation and applicable charges.

Important Notice

Errors in traveller names, travel dates, destinations, or other booking details reported after tickets or vouchers have been issued may result in amendment fees, supplier penalties, or may not be correctable.

Customers are strongly advised to review their booking confirmation carefully within 48 hours of receipt.

Section 03

Pricing, Payments & Booking Terms

All prices quoted by SkyMap Vacations are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Prices are based on availability and prevailing supplier rates at the time of quotation and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Quote Validity

All quotations, itineraries, and package prices are valid only for the period specified by SkyMap Vacations.

Usually valid for 24–72 Hours from the date of issue.

Prices may change due to fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, supplier pricing, taxes, or exchange rates.

Deposit Requirement

A deposit amount, as communicated at the time of booking, is required to confirm your reservation and secure the quoted rates and services.

Deposits are generally non-refundable.

Full Payment

The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.

SkyMap Vacations reserves the right to revise prices before confirmation if significant fluctuations occur.

Airline fares, hotel rooms, transfers, and travel services are subject to live availability and dynamic pricing.

A quotation does not guarantee availability or pricing. Your travel rate is secured only after payment has been received and an official booking confirmation has been issued.

We strongly recommend confirming your booking promptly to avoid fare increases or availability issues.

Section 04

Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By making a booking with SkyMap Vacations, you acknowledge and agree to the refund and cancellation provisions contained therein.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customer cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and travel suppliers.

Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and supplier policies.

Verbal requests made via phone, WhatsApp, or social media channels will not be considered valid cancellation notices unless followed by a written email request.

Important Notice

The Refund Policy contains detailed information regarding cancellation timelines, supplier-specific conditions, non-refundable charges, force majeure situations, refund procedures, and processing timelines.

The Refund Policy forms an essential part of the agreement between you and SkyMap Vacations.

Section 05

Travel Documents, Visas & Entry Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you and all travellers included in your booking possess valid travel documents for the entire duration of your journey.

This includes passports, visas, permits, health certificates, and any other documentation required by the destination or transit countries.

Passport Requirements

All travellers must hold a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the planned return date, unless a longer validity period is required.

Minimum passport validity: 6 Months

Visas & Entry Permits

Travellers are responsible for obtaining all required visas, permits, and travel authorisations before departure.

Visa approval is solely at the discretion of embassies and government authorities.

Visa Fees

All visa application fees, embassy charges, service fees, and related expenses are strictly non-refundable.

Non-refundable regardless of approval, rejection, delay, or cancellation.

Denied Entry & Immigration Decisions

SkyMap Vacations shall not be held responsible for losses, cancellations, delays, denied boarding, deportation, or immigration restrictions.

No refunds will be provided for unused travel services in such circumstances.

Accuracy of Travel Documents

Travellers must ensure that all names, dates of birth, passport numbers, and booking details exactly match official travel documents.

Changes to Bookings & Itineraries

While SkyMap Vacations strives to deliver every trip exactly as confirmed, circumstances may occasionally require modifications to travel arrangements, itineraries, or services.

Changes Requested by the Customer

Any request to modify a confirmed booking, including travel dates, destinations, accommodation, flights, or traveller details, is subject to supplier approval and availability.

Wherever reasonably possible, advance notice of major changes will be provided.

Responsibilities & Limitation of Liability

SkyMap Vacations acts as a travel organiser and facilitator, coordinating travel arrangements with third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, local tour operators, activity providers, and guides.

While we carefully select our partners and strive to provide exceptional travel experiences, certain services are delivered by independent suppliers whose operations remain outside our direct control.

Financial Liability

In all circumstances, the total liability of SkyMap Vacations shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the traveller for the specific booking in question.

All travel services provided by airlines, hotels, resorts, transportation providers, activity operators, and other suppliers are subject to their own individual terms, conditions, and operational policies.

SkyMap Vacations does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and cannot guarantee their performance, availability, quality standards, or operational decisions.

Traveller Conduct & Behaviour

SkyMap Vacations is committed to providing safe, enjoyable, and memorable travel experiences for all travellers.

All customers are expected to behave responsibly, respectfully, and in accordance with applicable laws throughout their journey.

Respectful Conduct

Travellers must treat fellow travellers, guides, hotel staff, transport providers, and local communities with courtesy and respect.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, violent, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Travellers are expected to cooperate with schedules and follow reasonable instructions from tour leaders.

Failure to comply may result in restricted participation or removal without compensation.
