SkyMap Vacations will always pass on the refundable amount received from suppliers after deducting applicable service charges, processing fees, and administrative costs.
We cannot guarantee any refund beyond the amount returned to us by the respective travel providers.
Service charges retained by SkyMap Vacations, including consultation fees, itinerary planning charges, booking coordination fees, documentation assistance fees, visa processing support charges, and other administrative costs, are non-refundable in all cases of customer-initiated cancellations.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, missed departures, baggage loss, and other unforeseen disruptions.
Travel insurance can help protect you financially if you need to cancel or modify your travel plans due to circumstances beyond your control, including illness, injury, family emergencies, natural disasters, or other unexpected events.
In the rare event that SkyMap Vacations needs to cancel a tour, holiday package, or travel service, we will:

Offer you a full refund of all amounts paid directly to SkyMap Vacations, or provide the option to transfer your booking to an alternative tour or package of similar value, subject to availability.

Work closely with airlines, hotels, resorts, transport providers, and other travel partners to recover and return any refundable amounts paid on your behalf wherever possible.
If a tour or travel package is cancelled by SkyMap Vacations for reasons within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid directly to us for the affected services.
Refunds relating to third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, visa authorities, cruise operators, transportation providers, and activity operators, remain subject to their individual cancellation and refund policies.
However, SkyMap Vacations will actively assist and advocate on your behalf to obtain the maximum refund available.
In all such situations, SkyMap Vacations will prioritize the safety, wellbeing, and financial interests of our travelers while working to provide the most suitable alternative solutions available.
The following fees and charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including customer-initiated cancellations, company-initiated cancellations, force majeure events, travel restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond the control of either party.
All visa application fees, embassy charges, consular fees, and related processing costs are non-refundable, regardless of the visa outcome, rejection, delay, or trip cancellation.

SkyMap Vacations will make every reasonable effort to recover refundable amounts from airlines, hotels, transport providers, and travel vendors on behalf of customers.

Where possible, we will prioritize alternative travel dates, travel credits, rescheduling options, or substitute travel packages before processing refunds.
